The Asian Library has two seminar rooms—Room 506 (seating up to 10 people) and Room 616 (seating up to 8)—located on the ground floor and available for meetings, classes, and group study. These rooms are available to book for students, faculty, or staff members. To reserve a room, please contact the Circulation Desk at 604-822-2427 or email asian.library@ubc.ca.

Group Study Guidelines

• Bookings are accepted for groups of three or more.
• Each group may reserve a room for up to three hours per day.
• If your group is more than 15 minutes late, the booking will be cancelled.
• Food is not permitted in the seminar rooms. Pease refer to the Asian Library Food and Drink Policy for details.

Additional Study Space

Study areas on the upper floor are open to all users on a first-come, first-served basis and do not require a booking.
